With over twenty years of industry experience Raymond is the driving force behind excellence in design and craft at Black Finch. He has qualifications across a range of areas including Fine Art Gold & Silversmithing, Stone Setting, Product Design and Photography. Raymond is fascinated by meteorological patterns, figuring out how things go together and reading the ocean.

Davina Adamson Creative Director, Designer and Owner

Davina is an innovator who leads the Black Finch team across design and customer experience.  She is also our specialist in sourcing the most incredible ethical gems for our clients.  Davina has numerous qualifications in Visual Art and Creative Writing, as well as two decades of experience in small business.  She is a pioneer in sustainable business and continues to initiate and develop best practices within Black Finch Jewellery. Davina's passions include ecology, writing, progressive business theory and transcendental meditation.

Naasicaa Larsen Custom Design Lead and Production Manager

Naasicaa is a specialist in jewellery design, and excels in client communication, attention to detail and problem solving. She has a gift for colour and bringing the unexpected together in design. She has qualifications in Fine Art Gold & Silversmithing, Communication Design and Small Business Management and extensive experience as a jeweller with an art based practice. Naasicaa is passionate about Jewellery, Art, Design and Community.
