Heirloom redesigns, where a client has provided gemstones, start at $5,500 AUD. If a client has also supplied metal, we will be able to credit its value toward the final quote.

Once your design and stones selection is confirmed and we have received your deposit, the production timeline for a custom piece is 8-12 weeks.

We accept returns for store credit on ready-to-ship pieces that have already been crafted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom designed, personalised, or made to order jewellery, as these pieces are created especially for you. If you're unsure before purchasing, our team is always happy to answer any questions and help you choose the perfect piece with confidence.

Production time depends on the type of piece you've chosen.

'Available Now' jewellery is dispatched within 2 business days.

'Made to Order' pieces are handcrafted in our Melbourne workshop and typically require 4-8 weeks to create just for you.

All orders are shipped with Express Postage, typically taking 2-4 business days.

Yes. Every Black Finch piece is handcrafted with exceptional care and is covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty.

Our warranty covers manufacturing faults but does not extend to general wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, or damage caused by improper care or alterations carried out by another jeweller.

We also recommend bringing your jewellery in for regular cleaning and maintenance to help keep it looking its best for years to come.
