Private Consultation
Bring your jewellery into our flagship (or meet with us virtually) for an initial consultation. We’ll assess your materials and gemstones to determine how they can be repurposed. We'll also explore your style preferences, inspirations, and design direction.

Heirloom Assessment
Our gemologists will evaluate your precious gemstones to ensure they are suitable for extraction and remodelling. We will also document and value your gold if you wish to exchange it for credit.

Sketching & Sourcing
Our team creates bespoke sketches, presenting ways to transform your heirloom while maintaining its sentimental significance. At this stage, we can also source additional ethically sourced diamonds or sapphires if you wish to include them in your final piece.

Handcrafting Your Piece
Once your design is finalised, our expert jewellers begin the transformation process in our Melbourne workshop, typically taking 8 to 10 weeks. We treat every stone and setting with utmost care, ensuring the integrity of your heirloom is preserved.
