Five round brilliant-cut teal Australian sapphires trace a subtle arc across the band, each one like a glimmering compass point catching light from a different angle. Their hues shift between moss green, ocean blue, and forest green. Tones of the wild world held still for a moment in gold.

The 9 karat yellow gold band is carved by hand, its surface alive with soft texture and natural variation. A matte cast finish tempers the glow, while the tapered silhouette (1.7mm to 4.4mm) gives the piece quiet dimension and strength. It feels organic yet celestial, a small universe rendered in earthy metal and stone.

Every Northstar Ring is handcrafted in our Melbourne jewellery store from sustainable, recycled gold and ethically sourced sapphires, made to last as both object and symbol. For grounding, for guidance, or for those who simply look to the sky and dream.

We want your Black Finch piece to feel perfect from the moment it’s worn. Each ring includes a complimentary resize, which can be redeemed at a later date, giving you peace of mind if you're gifting or ordering online.

If you are unsure of your ring size at the time of ordering, please select the option for a free ring sizer tool to be mailed to you. We will hold the production of your piece until size is confirmed.

Most rings can be resized up or down by two sizes; for adjustments beyond this, our production team will assess the design and advise accordingly.

During busy promotional periods, this timeframe can extend to 8 to 10 weeks.

Pieces are ready to ship or collect from our Collingwood showroom and will be dispatched within 48 hours.

If you require re-sizing of a ready made ring, please allow an additional 7 to 14 days for your order to be dispatched.
